IAFT Cebu mentor behind Production Design of Tribeca Film Fest Feature Film

The Tribeca Film Festival has selected 27 feature film for this year’s Viewpoints section. For those who are not familiar with the Tribeca Film Festival, the festival was founded in 2002 by Jane Rosenthal, Robert De Niro and Craig Hatkoff. It was a response on the events of 9/11 and the consequent loss of vitality in the Tribeca neighborhood in Lower Manhattan.

One of our mentors, Michael David Crenshaw, is behind the production design of “Slow Learners”. The film was accepted into the Viewpoint Section of the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival. You can see the list here.

The movie Slow Learners is about two high school teachers who are all too familiar with the woes of romance. Desperate to turn their luck around they take on new personas and embark, with gusto, on an adventurous summer of uncharacteristic encounters.
