Monthly Club for Documentary Filmmakers
Following the success of the documentary development workshop, we are bringing you the IAFT Documentary club.
The objective of this monthly club is to provide a regular and pro-active platform to directly support individual documentary ideas, through discussion groups and short development workshops lead by documentary filmmaker Steven Ballantyne.
Watch and discuss award winning documentaries and learn about what is hip and trending to ensure your documentary ideas hit the right target audience, both from a viewer and commissioning perspective. As the club grows we will invite guest speakers to ensure the group has a range of fresh and exciting perspectives to learn from.
The club is open to anyone interested in documentaries, from those with a general interest through to those wishing to make their own, As an organic new club we will develop together and adapt the club to meet the needs of our members.
