Provided that ALL visa application requirements (including IAFT invitation letter) have been submitted to the Philippine Embassy or Consulate offices, you can collect your passport on the third working day from the date of submission (for Regular Processing) or on the same day (for Fast Tracked Processing). The request for an early release of your passport must be communicated to the Consular Personnel upon submission of the visa application form. Note that visa applications submitted by mail or by courier are not accepted.
